BREAKING: Will Cristiano Ronaldo join WWE? the whole story

Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to make appearance at a WWE event in Saudi Arabia on November 4

After entertaining football fans with his skills and incredible goal-scoring powers, Cristiano Ronaldo is now expected to make an appearance in a WWE event. It is still not certain in what capacity Ronaldo will be seen in WWE. According to media reports, WWE is currently working on a deal to have the Portuguese superstar at their Crown Jewel event, scheduled to be held in Saudi Arabia on November 4. A report published by AS claimed that WWE wants Al Nassr player to be present as a superstar guest at the wrestling event, which is totally more logical.

WWE and UFC officially merged into one company earlier this month. It has been known that UFC owners are interested in boosting Crown Jewel’s craze and revenue by bringing Ronaldo to the event, but surely as a guest!

Cristiano Ronaldo will, however, not be the first professional footballer to grace a WWE show. Previously, Norwich player Grant Holt, and German goalkeeper Tim Wiese have also been part of WWE shows.

Ronaldo’s former Manchester United teammate and ex-England international Wayne Rooney had also made a WWE appearance in 2015 in Monday Night RAW. Rooney got involved in a heated argument with former WWE wrestler Wade Barrett. He had even slapped Barrett in that WWE show held in Manchester.
Cristiano Ronaldo is currently playing his trade in Saudi Arabia. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner guided Al Nassr to their first-ever Arab Club Champions Cup title and is showing a great performance on the pitch.
